PELICAN POINTE AT THE BREAKERS

Located just south of Lowry, this quiet gated community is a hidden jewel. Sitting off the beaten path, several blocks south of Alameda, this upscale townhome community enjoys easy proximity to first-class shopping, recreation and entertainment, while being isolated from the noise and congestion of the city. Part of the master planned resort-style Breakers community, Pelican Pointe homeowners have free access to the Breakers lake and trail, and, in exchange for a modest monthly fee, may also enjoy membership in the Catamaran Club, a 26,000 sq.ft. world-class recreation center. PALOS VERDES & GREENWOOD SOUTH

"With its tall shade trees, large quarter acre lots, wide streets and deep setbacks, Palos Verdes doesn't feel like other neighborhoods near the Denver Tech Center. Built on the site of a former cherry orchard, Palos Verdes began in the early 1960s as a custom home neighborhood.
