The Denver Tech Center is one of the Colorado’s most high profile tech industry business sectors. The affluent neighborhoods surrounding the DTC are located in Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village and in the western half of the City of Centennial. All of these communities are served by the highly regarded Cherry Creek School District. These neighborhoods enjoy one of Colorado’s premier trail networks, the High Line Canal, and have easy access to Cherry Creek State Park, which includes a reservoir with a surface area of 880 acres.
During the work week, DTC area residents can use the extensive trails system to commute back and forth to work, or, if they work in downtown Denver, they can take advantage of the regional light rail system to travel to Denver’s city center.
