Our search for a home started on the Internet. We quickly realized that we needed a warm body to help us with the market of Highlands Ranch, CO. Being first time home buyers we hardly knew anything about buying a house. Robert’s knowledge of local neighborhoods in and around Denver is superb. When it came to viewing homes, Robert was constantly in touch and responded to every single text/email/and or phone call promptly and has a great deal of knowledge on builders and the construction of houses. Our requirements changed many times. As we saw over 20 houses, he gladly understood us and our changing requirements. He always warned us when something in the house wasn’t quite right. He is a genius when it comes to finding the right location – keeping us away from busy streets etc. He also made sure we don’t break our budget. Most of all, He worked diligently to ensure deadlines were met and was extremely patient throughout the entire process, taking time to answer our many questions and help us out when we were not sure on a certain house. We felt no pressure from him whatsoever, which made us very comfortable as a first time buyers. Jani is great too. She is very honest in giving dependable opinions/suggestions. We finally found a beautiful house which was priced right and we are very happy with the house 🙂
