Jani was ever so patient – always prompt answering her phone no matter where she was or what she was doing – EXTREMELY knowledgeable, EXTREMELY thorough, VERY professional, always asked the right questions (whether that be to me or the sellers agent), always on time, had a great smile on her face, very honest with the pros and cons of places we were looking for, paid strict attention to what I wanted as a slightly picky client, realistic about numbers and what I could afford or what might be out of my price range, attention to detail was absolutely AMAZING !!!!, paid attention to the areas that I was looking for, cared so much about my daughters needs (location of schools, areas that were safe, etc) – the biggest thing I think is that I could now call her a friend that truly cares – and I don’t think many people could say that about their Realtors. Every question I had, Jani and Robert had the answer to – and they made sure that I understood. If this is the biggest run-on sentence, my apologies. But I can’t say enough honest and good things about Jani and Robert. I want to say more but you didn’t read this review to see a book 🙂 I have nothing but good things to say about them (and I truly mean that). THEY ARE A POWERHOUSE REAL ESTATE HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM. I promise you will not regret utilizing their knowledge and service as Realtors.
