Jani and Robert were simply amazing to work with. They took the time to introduce us to the different Denver metro areas, see all types of different properties, and answer every single question we had throughout the process. We never got the sense that they just wanted to sell us something for the commission – and in fact, there were times that Jani tried to talk us out of a place because of issues she saw that we didn’t pick up on! In this market, we ended up seeing sooo many properties and could always count on one of them being available, even if it was the same day with just a few hours notice. We ended up submitting multiple offers over the span of a few months and Jani and Robert were always ready to write up a contract for us, even if it was 9 pm on a Sunday night. From our first meeting to the day we signed the contract, Jani and Robert made sure we always knew what was going on and had everything we needed. They truly go above and beyond!
